Summer is coming to an end, sigh, and fall is about to sweep in, which means we’re about to see those lovely weather changes in our skin! In the summer months, your skin is more hydrated due to the humidity and hopefully your constant application of SPF and moisturizer, but when the cool  fall air takes over, your skin will likely become more dry and susseptable to damage.

So clean out those almost-empty skin care product bottles and give your beauty regimen a revamp that will leave your skin hydrated and glowing all season! Here are 5 ways to change your skin care routine for fall!

1.  Assess Your Skin Type

2. Exfoliate!
