It’s no secret that the gorgeous Miss USA contestants all have amazing skin, but have you ever wondered how they get it? Aside from genetics and a fab makeup team, the girls maintain great skincare regimens! Diet, exercise, and daily beauty routines all contribute to those flawless glowing Miss USA faces.
We hung out with Nia Sanchez at Beauty Park just before she took home the crown where she got some beauty treatments to enhance her already young and radiant skin – find out what she got along with some of her own beauty secrets!
You’ll feel fresh as soon as you step inside of the 99.9% pure air bubble that we did with Nia at Beauty Park! The pure oxygen helps the skin combat free radicals and form collagen and elastin – AKA tighter skin! Pure oxygen is a natural anti-aging treatment that revitalizes and also eliminates toxins and dead skin cells. Aaaahhh. It also maximizes the effect of treatments applied while in the Bubble, improves concentration, and of course creates blissful relaxation! Everything that a future Miss USA could possibly need before the big day!
While Nia was in the Pure Air Oxygen Bubble, we hooked her up with a Beauty Stamp sesh using my EGF Stem Cell Complex. Do you want tight, smooth skin? Use this Age Delay System, you won’t be disappointed. Just look at her gorgeous skin!
I’m sure it must have been hard for all of the girls to get a good nights sleep before the pageant, but did you know sleeping the wrong way can lead to pre-mature aging? Sleeping on your side is the worst way to sleep because your pillow can create lines, wrinkles, and oil buildup. Yuck! Try to use a pillow like my Beauty Bear Pillow that is specially designed to cradle your neck and face in a smooth satiny material for sweet, wrinkle-free dreams!
Nia recently reported that she uses a gradual self tanner as opposed to an instant spray tan. I always highly recommend a gradual self tanner like my Beyond Bionic Body Bronzer which also hydrates while creating a safe, streak-free tan. Don’t forget that the sun can still cause damage through a fake tan, and wear SPF every where you go!
I hate to be the one to tell you this, but Nia eats cookie dough and still looks that good. Only a teeny tiny bit to tame her sweet tooth though! The rest of the time she was training for the Miss USA pageant she was eating five healthy meals a day and working out once a day. She says likes to make juice (which helps with the sweet tooth), has a cup of green tea every morning with breakfast, and loves protein shakes and almonds for snacks. For lunch or dinner she’ll have a healthy meat and veggie dish or will make yummy enchiladas if she has guests over. Foods with lots of Vitamin A, C, D, and antioxidants are all fantastic for your skin!
In an interview with E! Online, Nia revealed that she prefers to wear minimal makeup. She said she uses Bare Minerals for her face, and just a lipgloss and mascara. I bet she’d LOVE Vibran-C Lip Tint with SPF 15, especially after all those hours of vaseline-teeth pageant smiling! Win your own summery Lip Tint by liking our Facebook page!
