Drinking lots of water was his tip, and with that beautiful face, I definitely agree! Drinking water is necessary to flush toxins out of the body via the excretory system.
Without an adequate amount of water flowing through the body, these toxins can build up in the body and escape through skin pores. By flushing the body internally with water, acne breakouts are less likely to occur due to toxin release through the skin.
It’s a good idea to drink half an ounce of water per pound of your body weight per pound. For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, you should drink 60 ounces of water!

Nurse Jamie’s Super Green Skin Smoothie
Blend these ingredients (makes 2 servings):
1 1/2 cups water (add a little ice if you want to make it a smoothie slurpee)
3 handfuls of organic spinach
1 handful of mint
3 or 4 stalks of organic celery
1 organic banana
Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon
2 tablespoons chia seeds (best to soak in 4 tablespoons of water for 10-15 minutes before adding)
