How to Use: Unscrew the battery cover and insert the AA battery. Screw the battery cover on tightly. Press the button on the bottom of the battery cover. Press the button again to turn the tool OFF. On clean dry skin apply a small amount of Nurse Jamie body cream, face cream, oil or your favorite moisturizer. Hold the tool in a way that is comfortable in your hand. Suitable for most skin types.

I have really enjoyed this tool since I have received it. It�s great to work out a stiff neck from working all day. I love using this to try to combat a double chin. It has made my tight sides loosen up and has helped the circulation in my legs. Excellent device!

I really like how this is the uplift but with sonic vibration. It feels great over large areas of my body and I always get an extra boost of relief when I add the vibration feature. I see a huge difference after using this consistently over a few weeks.
