How to Use: Unscrew the battery cover and insert the AA battery. Screw the battery cover on tightly. Press the button on the bottom of the battery cover. Press the button again to turn the tool OFF. On clean dry skin apply a small amount of Nurse Jamie body cream, face cream, oil or your favorite moisturizer. Hold the tool in a way that is comfortable in your hand. Suitable for most skin types.

Thighs:

Press and roll the tool along the back of your thighs, inner thighs and outer thighs.

Calves:

Press and roll the tool along your calves.

Arms:

Press and roll the tool along your upper arms, back of your arms and forearms.

Chest & Décolleté :

Gently press and roll the tool in back & forth motions along your chest area.

Abdomen:

Gently press and roll the tool in back & forth motions along your abdominal area.

Cheeks:

Gently press and roll the tool in upward from, moving from the middle of your face to the outside of your face.

Jawline:

Gently press and roll the tool in upward motions along jawline starting at chinned moving upward toward the ear.
