Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Extended Return Window
For orders placed between 11/25 and 12/31, we are extending our standard return window. These holiday orders may be returned until 01/31/2026.

Returns

Products may be returned for a refund within the first 30 days from the date of purchase (or by 01/31/2026 for eligible holiday orders), excluding the shipping charge. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty or discontinued. We cannot be responsible for any Customs Office actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs Fees if products are returned from outside the United States. Please insure return shipments to ensure they arrive successfully. Include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return.

To return any item, simply contact us by email us at info@nursejamie.com. Write RETURN in the subject line. We will provide instructions from there to ship the item(s) back to us. Include the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of your order invoice. Once your return is received, you will receive the refund, along with an email message confirming receipt. Note: Original and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If your purchase is within the 30-day margin, you may opt to exchange your item(s). In order to process this exchange you must email info@nursejamie.com and put EXCHANGE in the subject line. Your new item will be sent out once the previous item has been received and reviewed by our staff. If the new product ordered is more than the return credit, please specify what form of payment you would like to use to satisfy the account balance and complete the exchange. We do not accept exchanges of products that are empty.
