Where We Ship
We currently ship to the continental United States where served by USPS.
At this time we are unable to ship Internationally and to Canada, we are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your continued patience.
Standard Shipping Costs
For shipping to addresses in the continental US the following shipping rates apply:
- Orders over $75.00 ground shipping is free
- Orders less than $75.00 shipping is $8.95 for standard ground shipping (7-10 days)
Expedited Shipping
- UPS 2-day shipping: $29.95
- PO BOX - USPS Priority Mail
- Overnight shipping: $49.95
- PO BOX - USPS Priority Express Mail
Shipping to AK, HI, PR
- USPS standard shipping - $10
- 2-3 day Shipping - $29.95
- Next day Shipping - $49.95
International Shipping

Processing Times
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Usually orders placed before 8am PST Monday through Friday are shipped that same day day. If your order is placed after 8am PST or on a weekend or holiday, it will ship out the next possible business day. Warehouse backlogs may occur, in such cases orders may be delayed up to a full business day.
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the shipping carrier’s tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, you may open a case with the carrier to locate it. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team at info@nursejamie.com and provide the carrier’s case number.
