Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your upper arms, just above your elbow. Roll the massaging orb in long upward motions toward your shoulder. (Do not roll over the elbow) Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your lower arms, just above your wrist. Roll the massaging orb in long upward strokes toward your elbow. (Do not roll over the elbow)

Gently press and roll the massaging orb against the upper back starting near your shoulder/lower neck and rolling the massaging orb downward.
