Dampen your lips with warm water. Gently exfoliate your lips with the enclosed lip brush.

Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Apply the lip balm.

AMAZING PRODUCT!!! I have suffered with chronic dry lips for YEARS. I've gone to the dermatologist many times, tried different things the dermatologist suggested and nothing worked. Perfect plump lips This balm is perfect item to make your lips moisturized and plump. Instantly kissable lips This is a great kit for the price. It comes with a lip brush, which I never knew I needed, and the lip balm. The brush really helps to exfoliate and plump my lips at night. After I gently wipe away the dead skin from my lips, I apply the nulip balm. My lips look stunning and instantly kissable. I now have them spread out around the house and in all my bags.
