How to Use: The Nurse Jamie Super-Cryo Massaging Orb can be used alone on clean, dry skin or with your favorite moisturizer or beauty oil. The Massaging Orb can be used Cool or Warm

Cool Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not freeze)

Warm Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb into a bowl of water for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not put in the microwave or oven)

Upper Arms: Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your upper arms, just above your elbow. Roll the massaging orb in long upward motions toward your shoulder. (Do not roll over the elbow)

Lower Arms: Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your lower arms, just above your wrist. Roll the massaging orb in long upward strokes toward your elbow. (Do not roll over the elbow)

Thighs: Gently press and roll the massaging orb on your inner and outer thighs. Apply moderate pressure, start just above your knees and roll the massaging orb in long upward strokes. (Do not roll over your knee caps)

Calves: Gently press and roll the massaging orb on your lower calves. Apply moderate pressure, roll the massaging orb in long upward strokes toward the back of your knees. (Do not use the orb over your shins or knee caps)

Arches of your Feet: Place the massaging orb with the base on the floor (on the carpet or any non-slippery surface). Then sit in a chair and roll the arch of your foot over the massaging orb, apply moderate pressure on the arch of your foot. (Do not do this while standing, be seated)

Gently press and roll the massaging orb on the middle area of your cheek. Slowly roll the massaging orb outwards and upwards. Gently press and roll the massaging orb up and outwards starting from the base of your forehead.

I woud give it 5 stars becuase the size of the tool is perfect for the face, and the tool is well made,(I have dropped it so many times) but I wish the plastic part was made with rubber, but it's just my personal prefrence. Still my favorite skincare tool for depuffing the face.

Get this if your shoes hurt your feet! I was really confused when the directions said I could warm up this ball since it is a �cryo� concept. I am so glad I tried it. I use it on my feet after wearing heels all day. It really helps!

Does not work at all I tried and tried again to unscrew the black plastic ring, as described in their leaflet, and was not able to do so. I finally tried to just put the whole apparatus in the fridge, and honestly it did not work as described at all. This is obviously a junk item that some actress or model got paid to promote on you tube, and it is a silly piece of trash, fortunately it was not too expensive so I will write it off as a stupid decision.

Brilliant!! I struggle with chronic back, leg, knee, hip and shoulder pain due to arthritis. I have a full scaffolding of metal from L2 - S1 and a total hip replacement. I need another surgery on my spine and a knee replacement. I can’t tolerate opiates so I live at a 7 or 8 on the pain scale. I also struggle with walking. Whew, that’s a lot! Purchase small and large Orbs to worn out knots. I LOVE THEM!!!! Warm or cold they do the trick, when my body is too sore for my tools that go deep, these help enough with pain that I can use those. The only down side is there’s no where to put a security tag on them, everyone who uses the want to keep them! :joy:
