Silky smooth skin
I have mature skin and this cream is the first one I have used that actually does something. The cream does on silky smooth and is so hydrating. The texture is just right and softens my skin overnight.

Beyond my expectations
This product is not as much a cream as it is an intensive treatment. I have used both luxury (La Prairie, La Mer, etc) and medical grade skin care (Medical Beauty Research, Biologique Reserche, TNS, etc). While MBR is probably the best out of all listed here, Nurse Jamie’s platinum cream can do things that no other brand can do. My pores which are visible due to extremely oily skin have been reduced so drastically that my skin texture looks very different. That is one of the biggest changes. Also, it provides a tightening and restoring effect in the tissues of the face. It has lifted my skin to some degree (I’m in my early 30s so I feel this would be far more noticeable on an older person). Combined with Altreno (a form of retin A) and Photozyme DNA/C-E-ferulic serum, the results of this stuff is unbelievable. However, if you only wanted to purchase one item, this could easily be a stand alone product. Another thing I’d like to mention here is the science behind this product. We have in recent years learned a lot about colloidal platinum, as ingested and on a topical level, and the way it can regenerate tissues and interact with cells. Then add mitochondria from a vegetable and specific growth factors and you have a powerhouse. I’ve only been using this for a few weeks and I’m astonished at the results. Thank you!!

I just purchased my 3rd jar. A little amount of cream goes a long way to keep my skin hydrated and gives a nice dewy glow. I love how luxurious the experience is.

Fantastical
I know it’s pricey but. If you can afford a jar, not only will it last you a long time, but it truly delivers on clear and beautiful skin! Its a different consistency to almost any other moisturizers, but once you get used to it you will love it and never go back!

When I can splurge, this is where I do it. I love this cream especially in the winter months. I wake up with glowing and hydrated skin.
